Good Afternoon. I pre-purchased the Deluxe edition of Dragon Age on STEAM, and I was wondering when I would receive my promotional codes for the add-ons? Will they be e-mailed to me? |

Are they supposed to be emailed to us? I was given three "cd keys" that I assumed were for the DLC. But all are being rejected:

The DLC "redeem code" button took me to a webpage that then refused to accept any of the 3 keys I was given. On this website I found a link to register the game. None of the 3 keys worked for this either.
I am able to play the game, but sans any DLC content. Has anyone else had trouble redeeming the codes they were given from steam?

Just copy the key to clipboard, then paste it onto the code redemption line. Make sure your logged in in the game as well as on the website. Do this for both keys. |

Well, at least I know the problem wasn't on my end then. I did this with all 3 keys many times to no avail.
