I keep hearing them mentioned in various posts, and I assume it's along the same lines of Oblivion's 'giant chickens'. But they, at least, had an in-game picture as proof.
However, I'm dubious of zombie kittens here. No monster manual I have ever seen mentions any juvenile, cat-like undead.
I simply don't think they exist.
But if they did exist, a Holy Handgrenade must also be included.Edited By jjkrogs on 05/04/07 20:05 |

I think it might have started in this thread. Now it's grown into a forum in-joke. _________________ Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball. |

Around here, so the saying goes, anytime someone says their pet feature would be 'easy' to implement in the game, someone kicks a kitten through a window.
See Maria's post here
From there...well, let's just say that it took on an unlife of it's own.
Inside jokes are fun.

You have to admit it would be a very successful form for zombies.

In that case, somewhere in this game a zombie kitten must be. If anything, as a matter of principle. With an item drop.
"Bracelet of the Zombie Kitten" +3 dexterity modifier -5 to appearance
Little is known as the origin of the bracelet, but it is rumored to have been created by a travelling bard who had an undying love for his dead cat. He couldn't bare the lonely road without his companion, so he sought the powers of darkness to enchant his cat's collar with what remained of its soul. However, he quickly learned that the newly-created bracelet had a gruesome side-effect. While it did provide a boost to his playing skills, it also made him appear to others as if he were a long-dead cat. Refusing to take the bracelet off during performances, his crowds diminished, and he rapidly became outcast as the "horrid, accordian-playing Zombie Kitten".Edited By jjkrogs on 05/04/07 20:43 |

Mary Kirby has one. He is named Drywall Trout. I am sure she will put up pix, if you ask nicely.
He is the inspiration behind a very vital character in Dragon Age. |

Fluffy Mackerel Drywall-Trout.
I would tell you about his role in the story, but I don't want to spoil it for you. _________________ "Tedium is the worst pain." -- Grendel |

Ohoh! I want one!
Let's see: a little cloning here, a bit of extra DNA tweaking there, and I'll have a whole army of them. And they can type, too! _________________ Give them nothing, but take from them...EVERYTHING! |

I think that thread was the first day I started trolling... I mean visted this forum. It gave me great insight into the sense of humour of the developers and the fans here.
I then went back to other forums and felt a great sorrow that the fans of those forums were rabid and the developers hid away. I wonder if its just with BioWare that its good reading or that because its not that close to when its being released and that the stupid comment making fans will arrive on the bus in a few months... |
