The Community Expansion Pack v2 is almost out! It will contain rideable horses, arcane and emitter based shields, hundreds of new monsters and creatures, thousands of armour and weapon components, and much more. Wow. This week, read an interview with CEP Project Overlord Kephisto, and check out screenshots of some of the new creatures in CEP v2.

I want to thank the Team for all the hard work that they have done on CEP 2. As a builder I'v already been using the CEP 2 Beta 2 in rebuilding my mod. They have put a lot of time into this and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have all this wonderful stuff in my mod, cause even after 4 years of being up and running. I can say the only Hak that is on the mod is CEP.
If it wasn't for them, we would still be there in the dark ages. |

Won't CEP rideable horses conflict with the (semi-official) rideable horses that the DLA-team will be releasing this month - just like CEP-cloaks and DLA-cloaks (which are now part of patch 1.68) don't work well together?

I personaly cannot wait for this. The work by everyone involved in the CEP is always very impressive. Keep up the great work. This version just like the first will bring NWN to the next lvl.
I hope the PW I play on goes to this quickly after it is out.

To Quillmaster, no it won't hurt when you upgrade. In fact you will find that there will be lots more goodies for you to use.

VERY serious. Keep your eyes on http://www.dladventures.com for updates. And see this thread on the DLA forum for a discussion on CEP2 vs DLA horses. Maybe someone from the CEP team can enlighten us with their side of the story (ie. why did they decide to include these horses after all) !?!
