In addition to over 200 other Xbox games, Jade Empire will fully function on the most advanced console platform crafted to date, as will Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I'm actually glad to see such extensive backward compatibility for the XBox. I really think this is important for all gaming platforms, but especially for XBox, whose initial launch title selection is a tad anemic, IMHO.
Still not planing to by an XBox 360 anytime soon, but I'd like to see it be able to hold its own in the market. A healthy competition for my gaming dollar most usually gives me better games regardless of what platform I prefer, and certainly gives me more choices. Yay ra for all that.
It might also help keep Jade Empire selling in the longer term, which is good for you guys. Errr...assuming you have some sort of ongoing percentage going on.

Not completely unexpected, but good news nonetheless. One more reason to consider an Xbox 360. Three Mass Effects plus Jade Empire plus a possible Jade Empire 2 and Star Knights of the Old Republic III (which would probably be PC too) makes it pretty hard to resist...

And still not even a word about a conversion to PC... that will never happen anyway since the game is already to old for it. Don't you just love it when Bioware just keeps stalling you for nothing just so you'll get your hopes up [/sarcasm] |
