The alpha test of the Firefly module was quite a success, and I've posted a mosaic of screenshots if you're interested in seeing what it's all about. Take a look at:

There are two sessions scheduled for NWCon - Friday and Saturday nights - and the Saturday night session is still completely open. The Bastions of War Team PvP Arena is pleased to participate in NWCon for the second time. During the first convention, we had 357 players participate in 13 tournaments over 10 days. This time, we have 9 tournaments packed into just 3 days! The first one kicks off Thursday evening at Midnight Eastern Time.
Registration is now open for the NWCon: Bastions of War Team PvP Arena Tournaments:
Fri 4/16 12:15am (40), 4:15pm (30), 8:15pm (20)
Sat 4/17 12:15am (20), 4:15pm (40), 8:15pm (30)
Sun 4/18 12:15am (30), 4:15pm (20), 8:15pm (40)
BoW requires both expansions (SoU & HotU). The tournament server is at direct connect IP address 68.198.7.149:5128 and will be open starting Thursday, April 15. The server will be available between tournaments for server vault character creation. All times are Eastern Time (U.S.). Each sessions will last approximately two hours.
Description: A special NWCon BoW tournament. All players will be the same level (20, 30 or 40) to balance the two teams. Normal BoW characters will not be used, but winners will be rewarded 30,000 XP/GP that can be transferred to their ongoing characters. Players should join the tournament server anytime before their tournament slot to create, level up, and equip a character of the required level. The tournament will consist of 2 or 3 half hour rounds. The first team to win two rounds is victorious. Join the BoW guild at www.bastionsofwar.com for more details.

The announced time of 7:00pm CST is off by one hour from the time posted on the NWCon schedule board.
NWCon has it slotted for 12:00 am GMT - which means 7:00 pm EST.
BioWare announced it as 7:00 pm CST so something is wrong here.
Please - this needs to be cleared up pronto.

No, it's scheduled for 8:00pm Eastern Time on the NWC site. What time is your NWC current time set to, rtrifts? Check the top of your Member Area.

The issue is the time change and some old copy.
The post at the top of this thread says GMT-6. That WAS CST until two weeks ago. The schedules at NWC are correct, it's the print copies that are incorrect/outdated.
*sigh*
I mentioned this as an issue and asked the PR folks to just link to the seminar schedule itself, so every person would see it displayed correctly in their Local time. You can see where that got me.
The correct info is that this seminar is slated for a 7:00 pm CST (GMT-5) start, which makes it 8:00 pm EST.

The Bastions of War tournament server is now open at direct connect IP address 68.198.7.149:5128. Those participating in BoW tournaments should join the server sometime before their scheduled slot to create, level and equip a server vault character of the required level (20, 30 or 40). Thanks!
